The ultimate advanced baking team challenge is back and better than ever!
In this two part drop-off class, students work in teams to select and execute a cake or cupcake recipe using professional tools, creative methods, surprise flavors and fresh ingredients. These classes focus on team building, advanced baking and decorating skills. Each class includes afternoon snack and indoor/outdoor play studio fun!
Wednesday April 15: Teams plan their cake or cupcake designs and select special ingredients to customize their creations guided by team preferences. Each team member selects a job/role in the execution of their team’s project. Using instructor provided recipes and guidance, teams work together to prepare and bake the cake layers or cupcakes for the following week’s decorating class. Team projects will be stored in our freezer to ensure freshness for the following week’s fun!
Wednesday April 15: Teams work together to create a sketch of their dream projects. Timers are set as teams work against the clock to bring their visions to life! Using the support of the teacher and teamwork, students learn to decorate their treats using professional tools and methods. This special decorating class has a surprise guest judge and includes a student designed cake box to take their project home!
